The working principle of the setting machine for setting socks is the same as that of ironing clothes:
(1) Flattening: Use a sock board to spread all the socks to ensure that the socks are flat.
(2) Temperature, pressure, moisture, time: put the socks into the shaping box, and pass a certain amount of steam into the box to meet the temperature in the box. The amount of steam in the box is determined according to the variety of socks. The steam is proportional to the pressure. The higher the temperature, the greater the amount of steam.
(3) Drying: After the socks are shaped, go to the drying oven. The better the drying oven effect, the stiffer the socks.
